e-Administration is a web enabled, platform neutral, paper less communication and work flow solution for G2G and G2C transactions.
The tool has provision to create the entire vertical and horizontal hierarchy of a community of users, by creating the geographic locations, functional activities, departments, designations and positions in a tree structure and map the names of the officials to the positions. The tool also has provision to create the database of citizens uniquely and hep in G2C and G2G communications and work flow and know the status of any e-request or e-petition online.
SMS messaging is for instant automatic communiction, whenever the server gets updated with any add on information.
